Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charges (APC). If the payment has been made and the authors decide to withdraw their article at least ten (10) days prior to its scheduled publication, 50% of the APC will be refunded.

No APC refunds will be issued once the article has been published.

In cases of duplicate payments for the same submission, a full refund (100%) will be provided, excluding any applicable bank transfer charges.

For authors opting for the fast-track publication service, the fast-track fee must be paid in advance. A full refund of the fast-track fee will be provided if the manuscript is rejected by the journal. However, no refund will be issued if the manuscript is withdrawn at the author's request.
